Through our 9 services, Laura helps you to gain a new perspective on challenges and opportunities and discover the next steps towards achieving your goals.
Our coaching services are tailored to the specific needs, interests, educational background, and employment history of each client. We serve both local and national clients.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom. If you live in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, in-person sessions are available.
If you need an interpreter for your session, please let Laura know beforehand. If you cannot bring your own interpreter to your session, one will be provided for you at no extra cost.

Laura Marenco

Founder, Golden Beacon USA

Laura Marenco earned a graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from George Mason University's International Coaching Federation-accredited program in 2012. Her professional experience includes serving as a Career Coach at the U.S. Census Bureau, coaching employees and teaching workshops on topics such as resume writing and networking. She also has experience in the nonprofit sector, helping immigrant and refugee clients at various resettlement agencies such as Catholic Charities in the Archdiocese of Arlington, Virginia, and Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Fairfax, Virginia find jobs, review resumes, and more.
